Slovenian designers at the 3daysofdesign festival in Denmark

Copenhagen, from the 3rd to the 5th of September 2020 - Slovenian designers will be present at the international design festival 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen, Denmark.
 
The Embassy of Slovenia, in cooperation with SPIRIT Slovenia and Centre for Creativity (Museum of Architecture and Design) in Ljubljana, have the pleasure to present Slovenian designers at the 3daysofdesign international design festival in Copenhagen, Denmark, between 3rd and 5th September 2020.
 
3daysofdesign exhibition is one of the most important contemporary design events in Denmark and the Nordic countries.  This year's exhibition focuses on circular economy and sustainable development. Slovenian designers will be presented with the exhibition THE CIRCLE curated by the Centre for Creativity of the Museum of Architecture and Design in Ljubljana. Local materials, handicraft and sustainability are at the heart of the exhibition, which offers a unique snapshot of contemporary Slovenian interior design, displaying items designed and manufactured in Slovenia, relying on regional handicraft and advanced sustainable production technologies.
 
Slovenian companies were selected via a public call published by SPIRIT Slovenia, which, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry for Economic Development and Technology, financially and organizationally supports the project. The eight selected Slovenian companies are: Donar, Folds, Kauch, Lepu, Ooh Noo, Sence, Tiba, GUÏANA.
